MAG:YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL YOUR PROVIDER
If you are using an STB box and your screen displays this message:
“YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL YOUR PROVIDER”
Step 1: Click on the SETUP button or if you’re using the remote control press * and OK
Step 2: Click on “Network”
Step 3: Click on “Portals”
Step 4: Copy on a piece of paper the Portal URLs in the following screen then delete all inputs:
Step 5: Validate the configuration by pressing on the “OK” button.
Step 6: Restart the MAG box to apply the update.
Step 7: Repeat the steps one more time but enter the portal URL of your IPTV provider.
Step 8: Restart and check again.
If the problem persists, you will need to contact your IPTV service provider to solve the problem.
This problem may be caused by a Geolock, expiration of the access or a manual block from the IPTV service seller.
